I think that we should imprison those that are most likely to commit future crimes. At least the people that commit the most heinous crimes should be imprisoned. I would think that the potential victims would thank you.
we should imprison even though people are trying to commit the future crime. it will be inside of the jail. it can not be outside of jail. so it is not going to commit the future crime if they are imprison.
With our justice system I dont think that would work, plus arresting somebody based on a future action is beyond our technological reach.
